Jhono (Beeker) |
(3/17/2008): Discovered in cavern after waking up. Two were discovered at the same time. This rod did not show any signs of decay or corrosion like the other metal rods
(date): A Visiar was able to identify the rods as Elemental Rods. With an effort of WILL the rods can take on the effect of any element. The Visiar advised that these were highly valuable and were once used by the Dwarves to keep their forges hot, as there is not an abundance of wood in Har'akir. |
In order to convert the rod to an element the wielder must make an attack against the Rod's WILL AC. Simply converting the Rod into an element is only the first step.
A Rod of flame will not cause fire or heat damage until the wielder brings more of the element forward. This required another attack against the Rod's WILL.
The Rod will do 1d6 points of damage plus and additional 2d6 points of damage for every 5 points over the damage AC.
Convert: WILL AC of 15
Damage: WILL AC of 20

| Tetsubo |

Jhono (Beeker) |
(3/17/2008): Unlike a normal straight Tetsubo this weapon is slightly curved and balanced to rest easy in the hand. This item was originally used as part of a cart support for pulling ore carts. |
This weapon is technically a large weapon. One of the magical attributes of this weapon is that when the weapon is wielded by Jhono it is treated as a medium weapon for the purposes of wielding. The damage is still that of a large weapon.
This means that Jhono is able to wield this large weapon one-handed and suffer none of the normal penalties. |
